1. Shipping accuracy
Do check your addresses correctly. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the packages if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the Order Confirmation
2. Refunds and replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products and for good food safety practices, we do not accept returns. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. Do keep proof of purchase as well as proof of damage for refund purposes.
3. Cancellation policy or change of order
Change of order or cancellation is acceptable before you receive Order Confirmation. No cancellation or change of order is allowed and customers will not be refunded in this instances.
4. Handling And Freshness
All products delivered are handled with the utmost care and monitored closely under internationally acclaimed standards. However, in the unlikely event of damage or spoilage, please report to us within 24 hours of receipt. Other defects/ abnormalities that does not affect the edibleness of the product can be reported within 3 days of receipt.
